Dear ZiZi,
Although this thank-you note is late in being sent, please believe us that it is sincere and deeply heartfelt. We cannot thank you enough for your part in the new life we are enjoying every day. When we lived there we loved Miami. Now we love living in a quiet community nestled in the rolling foothills of Arkansas on a street with puppies, young children and the occasional cow! And we live in a house that is paid for because we listened to your wise counsel.
Do you remember when we first moved to Miami back in 1995 and you were our realtor. You were not the 1st realtor we worked with when we were looking for a home.. You were the best and the last though. Did we ever bother to tell you what (in our book) made you so good? You pre-qualified us and then you listened to what we wanted and helped us translate that into what we could afford. Then, when we found it, you proved your negotiation skills by getting us a great deal!
Seven years later, when we decided to leave Miami, there you were again. It is almost comical that we ‘interviewed’ other realtors before deciding to talk to you again. You see, we thought that if you had been such a great realtor in helping us to buy our home, it must take a different kind of realtor to sell it. We are so grateful that we talked to you before we signed any other contracts. You got us $25 to $35 Thousand more than the other realtors were even willing to ask for. Actually, you sold our home for the highest $ per square foot of any house of its kind in our area!!! Our home was beautiful and in good repair, still, we followed your advice to the letter when it came to how to present it. It was sold within a month of going on the market.
One of the important things we learned is that buying and selling a home is a pro-active process. You earned every penny of your commission, still, we had to participate in the process. Thank you for guiding us through the real estate maze.
You are the best ZiZi.
The only thing that could make Hot Springs, AR any better is if you lived here too!
